1st Step to Manifesting Life

Do You Know at Least One Person That Seems to Make the Most of Out Every Situation? Someone Who has Great Success at the Act of Manifestation (The Act or Product of Bringing About Change Through the Direction of Consciousness)?

you May Even Have Felt a Little Jealous of the Person Because It Appears They Have Everything ,C, Seemingly Getting These Things with Minimal Effort As Though They Were Born ‘lucky’ .D. Well ,C, It Is Probably Time You Understand That the Power of Manifestation Lies Within Each of Us and It Is Up to You to Learn More About It .D.

attracting Abundance Is Knowledge .D. Just Like Any Other Skill People Have ,C, Manifesting Is No Different .D. Skills Like Playing a Musical Instrument or Making Gourmet Meals Require Time and Commitment to Learn and Practice .D. So Does the Skill of Manifesting .D. How Good You Get ,C, Depends On How Well You Learn the Skill and How Well You Apply It .D.

even Though Some of Us Are Better at Certain Skills ,C, That Doesn't Mean the Rest of Us ,C, With Practice ,C, Can't Improve or Even Surpass the Talent Expressed by Another .D. Some Seem to Have Learned It so Well That They Often Times Don't Even Realize How They Do It .D. Manifesting Abundance Now Comes to Them so Readily It Appears ‘natural’ Just As a Well Trained Pianist Seems to Play the Piano Without Thought or Effort .D. They Learn to Believe Whole-Heartedly That They Simply Deserve Something; It Is Now Part of Their Reality .D. Those Are the Ones That Seem to Be Born ‘lucky’ .D. Luck Is Not How They Got There!

so ,C, How Can You Start On Your Journey Towards Manifesting Great Things for Yourself and Those You Love? Here Is the First Step – A Basic Understanding of the ‘law of Attraction’ .D.

gaining a Good Understanding of How the "Law of Attraction" Works Is the First Step in Bringing Abundance Into Your Life .D. You Can Create Our Own Reality .D. You Can Attract Riches ,C, Opportunities and Happiness ,C, Etc .D. ,C, In Our Life When You Learn to Focus or Attract Yourself On Them .D. In Order to Do This ,C, You Must Learn to Believe and Think in a Positive Way Towards Those Things You Seek .D. You Probably Also Know at Least One Person (Hopefully Not You!) ,C, Who Dwells On the Negative and Truly Will Focus On Having Less .D. They Are Attracted to ‘less’ Not ‘having More’ .D. When You Focus On "I Hate My Current Employment" Then You Will Never Notice the Aspects of Your Employment That Might Be Satisfying .D. You Must Understand That Just Wanting Something Isn't Going to Bring That to You If You Continue to Focus On the ‘not Having’ Of That Something .D. You May Have Personally Experienced That "Not Having" Attitude and Learned That It Blocked Your True Desires .D.

you Must Learn to Focus On a Particular Item or Scenario Rather Than On Vague Goals Like ‘more Cash’ Or ‘winning Money’ .D. Focusing On Winning the Lottery ,C, For Example ,C, Is a Fruitless Event .D. Although ,C, Through Luck ,C, Some Win Lotteries ,C, Focusing On Winning the Lottery Is Kind of Like Focusing On "Not Having .D. " Oddly Enough ,C, Many Who Focus On Winning Naturally Dream of What They Could Do to Help Others ,C, Even Though Many of Those Dreams Could Actually Already Be Done with Their Current Incomes On a Smaller Scale ,C, But They Don't .D. This Is Probably Because They Focus On What They Perceive As Their ‘not Having’ Or ‘having so Little’ .D. With This Attitude They End Up Believing That Those Dreams Are Only Possible by Winning the Lottery .D. They Are Literally Afraid to Act On Their Dreams for Fear That They Do Not Currently ‘have Enough’ To Offer .D.

for Example ,C, I Know Several Decently Paid Professionals That Repeatedly Tell Me That They Too Would Really Love to Sponsor a Foster Child in Another Country and They Would If They Won the Lottery .D. They Are Afraid That They Cannot Currently Afford $1 A Day As That Might Leave Them Short of Cash in Case of an Emergency Like an Unexpected Auto Repair .D. Their Focus Is On "Not Enough" Rather Than Being Focused On Sponsoring a Needy Child .D. When They Are Focused On "Not Enough" It Won't Ever Matter How Much Money They Have ,C, It Will Never Be Enough .D.

just Talking About Sponsoring a Child Brought Their Fears Out Into the Open .D. It Would Be Great If They Could Trust That Helping a Needy Third World Child Would Not Put Them at Financial Risk .D.

so What I Would Tell These Professionals ,C, Who Would Like to Sponsor a Child but Feel They Just Cannot ,C, Is That They Focus On Visualizing a Starving Child Being Fed by Their Contribution and Perhaps a Wonderful Letter From That Child ,C, Complete with a Photo to Be Proudly Placed Along Side Other Family Pictures .D. This Would Be a Positive Image/thought to Get That Picture to Become a Reality .D. Perhaps Talk It Over with the Rest of the Family to See What They Could Do Without to Create That $1 A Day .D. This Is the First Step in Learning How to Manifest Their Lives .D. This Same First Step Will Work for All Aspects of Life From Healthy ,C, Happy Relationships to Personal Wealth .D.

is It Your Turn to Make the Most of Out Every Situation? Is It Your Turn for Others to See You As ‘lucky’? Does Your Lack of Ability to Manifest Life Leave Your Soul Wounded or Lacking? Would You Like to Learn All the Steps to Manifest Life? You Deserve It and It Is Time to Take Action .D.

two Scenarios Are Really at Play Here:

you Are in Love with the Idea of This Person Being in Love with You .D. That Someone with These Physical Attributes ,C, Or Character Traits ,C, Or Successes in Life Could Want to Be with You Is an Exhilarating Idea .D.

what Often Happens Is That You Meet Someone Who has Five (Or Ten) Characteristics That You Are Looking for in Your Ideal Partner and You Assume That He or She Is Your "Ideal Mate .D. " You Think ,C, "This Is It! I've Found 'The One' For Me for the Rest of My Life .D. " However ,C, The Attraction Just Doesn’t Seem Mutual and You Do Not Understand Why .D. 4 Psychological Needs Help Deal with Conflict

Internal Conflict ,C, Conflict Within Yourself ,C, Reflects the Difference Between What You Really Feel and What You Are Able or Choose to Do About It .D. Interpersonal Conflict Occurs Between You and Another Person When What They Do or Say Is Different to What You Feel and Vice-Versa .D.

everyone has Four Basic Psychological Needs .D. These Are the Need to Be Valued ,C, To Be in Control ,C, The Need for Self Esteem or Self Worth ,C, And Lastly the Need for Consistency or Stability .D.

1 .D. The Need to Be Valued or Appreciated by Others Is a Basic Psychological Requirement

you Want Others to Recognize Your Worth and Appreciate Your Contributions .D. You Are More Motivated When Your Contributions Are Recognized .D. When You Feel Unappreciated ,C, Taken Advantage of ,C, Or Taken for Granted Your Need to Be Appreciated and Valued has Been Violated and This Can Trigger a Response of Fear ,C, Anger or Frequently Both .D.

2 .D. The Need to Be in Control

being in Control Is Important for Everyone ,C, But More for Some Than Others .D. The More Insecure You Feel About Yourself ,C, The More Controlling You May Become .D. On the Other Hand ,C, If You Feel Secure and Confident About Yourself ,C, Then Your Need to Control Others Will Reduce .D.

whenever You Have to Deal with an Over Controlling Person Remember Their Need to Control Comes From Their Insecurity .D. Make Them Feel Secure and Their Need to Control Will Normally Reduce .D.

3 .D. The Need for Self Esteem and Self Worth

by This I Mean You Should Appreciate Yourself and Look to Your Strengths Rather Than Any Weakness (We All Have Both) .D. A Strong Self Esteem Gives You a Powerful ,C, Solid Base for Dealing with All Types of Problems and Situations .D.

with a Strong Self Esteem ,C, You Have the Ability to Positively Respond or React to Any Type of Situation ,C, Rather Than Reacting Negatively by Panicking of Avoiding the Potential Conflict .D.

4 .D. The Need to Be Consistent

you Need to Know What Is Likely to Happen in Any Given Situation .D. You Need Consistency From Family ,C, Partners ,C, Friends ,C, Everyone in Your Life Otherwise You Are Always Anxious About the Unexpected .D.

this Is Not to Say That No-One Can Change Their Minds but Someone Who Changes Opinions or Reacts Differently to the Same Situation Brings a Level of Insecurity in to Your Life and You Never Know How to React .D.

the Reason Some People Feel the Need to Change Comes From Their Insecurity .D. They Are Insecure in Themselves so They Try to Fit in with Others All the Time and Will Agree with Whoever They Feel Is the Most Dominant Personality .D.

whenever Any of These Needs Are Not Met Conflicts ,C, Internal ,C, External or Both ,C, Are Produced and People Usually React in One of Four Ways .D.

they Can Retaliate ,C, Dominate ,C, Isolate ,C, Or Cooperate .D.

retaliation and Domination Can Result in Extreme Violence .D. Isolation Separates the Parties but Does Not Resolve the Conflict Whereas with Cooperation One Party Allows Their Feelings to Be Ignored and Accepts the Opinion of Another Over Their Own .D.

if You Are Aware of These Basic Needs and Reactions You Will Begin to Understand How and Why You and Others React the Way You Do .D. Considering These Needs ,C, Understanding Them and Acting Upon Them Will Make You a More Complete and Therefore a More Confident Person and Will Give You Strength at Times of Conflict .D.

2 - How to Be a Responsible Coach

Assuming the Responsibilities That Come with Being a Coach

who Can Forget the Famous Line of Peter Parker (Spiderman’s Grandfath0065r)? He Said ,C, “with Great Power Comes Great Responsibility .D. ”

society Expects Spiderman – A Comic Book ,C, TV and Movie Superhero with Extraordinary Powers – To Be Responsible for Saving His Town and the World From the Forces of Evil .D. And He Never Let Us Down .D. Despite the Temptations of Owning Such Powers ,C, He Uses His Abilities Only for the Good of the People Around Him .D.

being a Coach has Similar Parallels .D. They Don’t Have Superhuman Powers Such As X-Ray Vision or Flying Through the Air with Magic “sticky Ropes” .D. #2: Learn to Separate Responsibility From Worry
when We Hear the Word “responsibility” ,C, We Often Think to Ourselves ,C, “another Task ,C, Another Problem .D. ” However ,C, Responsibility Is Not About Worrying Over Things Give to Us to Work Out .D. Consider This Story:

you ,C, Too ,C, Can Learn to Give Your Best to Challenging Work ,C, But Then “leave It at the Door” When You’re Off-Hours .D. Worrying Accomplishes Nothing Except to Eat Away at Us ,C, And Actually Ends Up Making Us Less Effective! Don’t Let Worry Taint Your Clarity of Judgment and Ability to Take Decisive Action .D. You Can Learn This As You Grow .D.

carrying the Responsibility of Coaching Should Not Intimidate You .D. It Is the Ability to Help Others That Coaching Is All About .D. Embrace the Responsibilities That Come with It .D.

nothing Is Gained by Worrying About Whether Your Clients Achieve Their Goals or Not .D. Focus On Supporting and Inspiring Them .D. Be Their Partner in Their Growth .D. #4: Own and Admit Our Mistakes

3 Steps to Manifestation the Personal Development Way

Do You Know How Powerful Your Thoughts Really Are? Are You Fully Aware That These Thoughts ,C, All 50 ,C, 000 Per Day ,C, Are Singularly the Most Powerful Influences On Everything That Happens to You in Your Life and Are the Reson You Have Attracted the People You Know ,C, The House You Live in and the Car You Drive?

In Fact the Sum Total of Everyone's Thoughts Is the Very Thing That Shapes Everything That Exists ,C, Everything That has Existed ,C, And Everything That Will Ever Exist .D. You May Ask Then "If This Is True Then Shouldn't It Be Possible to Bring Into Existence Anything We Desire?"

Well the Short Simple Answer Is Yes!

It Is Through the Power of Deliberate Thought That We Can Create .D. While Thought Alone Does Have the Power to Bring Tangible (Cars ,C, Houses ,C, Boats) And Intangible (Peace ,C, Harmony and Joy) Things Into Existence Often Times This Is Not Enough! Intention ,C, Or Directed Thinking and Believing ,C, Is Enough to Create Powerful Enough Thoughts to Manifest Anything We Want but You Must Also Add Two Other Ingredients .D.

Firstly ,C, Your Thoughts Must Be Backed by Emotion .D. The More Powerful the Emotion - The Stronger the Thought .D. It Is Essential to Create Within You the Same Feelings That You Will Have When You Actually Achieve Your Desire .D. You Actually Do This All the Time Only in the Opposite Direction .D. For Example ,C, You Think of What You Are Afraid May Happen and All of a Sudden You Feel Frightened ,C, Tense and May Even Start to Exhibit Some Physiological Symptoms Such As Sweating or Shaking or Just Get the Shivers .D. Begin to Reverse This Method of Thinking .D. Think Only of What You Do Want and Conjure Up the Feelings Associated with That .D. How Will It Feel to Meet and Marry That Perfect Person? How Will It Feel Behind the Wheel of That New Mercedes or in the Kitchen of That New Home?

The Second Key Ingredient of the Three Is Action! It Is Neccessary to Be Prepared to Take Some Action .D. This Is a Key Point That Many Personal Development Gurus Leave Out! The Action That You Need to Take Will Not Be Strenuous or a Toil ,C, It Will Be Enjoyable and Feel Right to You .D.

Each of Us Here On the Planet Plays Their Own Special Role in the Complete Operation of the Universe .D. We Are All One ,C, Interconnected and Interdependent .D. Your Desires Will Almost Always Come Through Some Form of Action and Through Connection to Other People .D.

Your Thoughts Do Have the Power to Completely Change Your Life and Circumstances .D. When Thoughts Are Backed by Emotion They Become an Unstoppable Force That Will Carry You to Wherever You Want to Go in Life .D. But You Must Be Willing to Take the Steps Towards Your Desires When These Steps Are Presented to You .D. For Example Thinking and Believing You Will Meet Your Soul Mate Will Bring You Vast Opportunities for Meeting Him/her but You Never Will If You Sit at Home All Day and Do Not Venture Outside! You May Find That You Begin to Get Asked to Go to Places More Often or Get Invited to a Place You Have Never Been Before .D. You May Even Accidently Meet Old Friends or Develop New Friendships .D. This Is the Universe Setting You On a Path to Your Desires .D. Take That Invitation .D. Even If It Is Something You Have No Desire to Do or Somewhere You Do Not Want to Go ,C, You Should Accept the Invitation .D. Who Knows Who You May Meet or Where You May End Up!

So Remember ,C, Ingredient 1 - Thoughts Have Power .D. Ingredient 2 - Thoughts Backed by Strong Emotion and Belief Can Change the Very Universe and Create Anything You Want .D. And the Lastly Ingredient 3 - Action Is the Last Key Ingredient to Bringing About Your Desires and Living the Life of Your Dreams .D. Now Get Out There and Start to Create!

3 Steps to Daily Success: Using Motivational and Inspirational Quotes to Achieve Your Goals

Changing Our Day-To-Day Behaviors May Be Easier Than Previously Imagined .D. By Meditating On and Repeating Motivational and Inspirational Quotes ,C, We Are Better Prepared to Change Our Thought Patterns ,C, Behaviors and in Turn ,C, Change Our Lives .D.

here's How It's Done .D.

if We Believe Something to Be Easy ,C, We Find Little ,C, If Any Struggle in Accomplishing It .D. However ,C, If We Imagine Something to Be Difficult to Accomplish ,C, Then Our Struggle Becomes More Apparent .D. In Fact ,C, If We Imagine That It Is Difficult to Change a Specific Behavior ,C, Then We Will Always Find Experiences That Will Justify That Belief .D.

take This for Example .D. We Wake Up One Morning and Decide That:

"This Is the Day I Start Losing Weight .D. When Things Get Difficult ,C, I Will Not Reach for Junk Food ,C, But Instead I Will Focus On Something Else to Keep My Mind Occupied .D. It'll Be Tough at First ,C, But I'm Going to Give It a Try .D. "

if You Continue with This Thought Pattern and Belief ,C, Don't Be Surprised to Find Yourself Struggling More Often Than Not .D. Why?

if We Look at This Example Closely We Find a Couple of Thought Patterns and Beliefs Already in Place .D. We Have Determined to Do Something Good for Ourselves ,C, But We Do Ourselves a Disservice by Choosing Certain Negative Thought Patterns ,C, Beliefs and Words That Go Along with It .D.

we Have Said ,C,

"When Things Get Difficult .D. .D. .D. .D. "
(This Is Already Assuming That There Will Be Difficult Moments! Strike One!)

"It'll Be Tough at First .D. .D. .D. "
(This Is Already Assuming It Will Be Difficult at First! Strike Two!)

" .D. .D. .D. But I'm Going to Give It a Try .D. "
(Remember the Movie "The Karate Kid" .D. .D. .D. "There Is No "Try" ,C, There Is Only "Do" .D. Strike Three!)

now There Are Hundreds of Products Out There That Will Assist People in Losing Weight .D. Some ,C, If Not All of Them ,C, May Work for Various People at Various Stages of Their Goal .D.
